Book your session

Book your photography session online with our photographer. Simply choose your service, pick an available date, and prepare to have your picture taken. We’ll send you some information on how to get ready, so you’re never left in the lurch.

Photoshoot time

We’ll arrive at your location, or you’ll arrive at ours, depending on the package you’ve chosen. Then we’ll get to work capturing your best side for the world to see. We’ll help you feel comfortable in front of the camera so you get the best pics.

You receive your photos

Within 14 days we’ll deliver a curated collection of digital photos to you, ready to use on your website, social media, job applications or anywhere else. And if you’re not happy with any of the photos, we’ll re-edit them for free, no questions asked.

How much do you charge?

You’ll find all our prices and more on their respective pages. Hit the link above or in the menu for the service you’re interested in and you’ll be able to view pricing, what you get as a part of each service, and be able to book online.

You’ll also find prices in our booking system. Select the service you want and it’ll show all the options available and the prices.

Do I really need to hire a professional photographer?

At the end of the day, it’s up to you whether you want to hire a professional! But with a professional like Terry Chen Photography, you get access to our skills, experience, time, and resources. We guide you through posing for photos, what to wear on the day, how to get the most out of your session, and how to get the most out of your photos themselves.

Then, we spend hours editing your pictures and deliver them to you, ready to use. We make sure you and your team look great in all the photos we take, so you never have to worry about whether you’re photogenic or not. And if you are unhappy with any of them, we’ll re-edit them until you’ve got something your grandma would be proud to hang up in the hall.

How long does it take to receive the final images?

We can have headshots delivered digitally in as little as 4 days, with bigger projects taking no longer than 14. We’ll keep you updated as we edit, then provide you with a link to view all your photos as soon as they’re ready.

They’ll be available on our website through our client portal for as long as you need them, so you never have to worry about searching through your hard drive to find them.

We can also deliver physical versions for things like group photos, portraits and more, however this will take longer to deliver and come with additional costs.

How should I prepare for a corporate headshot?

Do I need to prepare anything for my photography session?

Your photographer will let you know in advance if you’ll need to prepare anything, but mostly it just boils down to this; wear something nice, and bring your biggest smile.

If we’re shooting at your location, we may ask you to organise a space to take photos, but our experienced photographers will handle everything outside of that.

How will I receive my photos?

I provide you with high-resolution digital files that you can use for your online presence or print for various use cases.
