    We’ll deliver a curated collection of digital photos to you, edited, formatted and ready to use across all marketing channels. And if you’re not happy with any of the photos, we’ll re-edit them for free, no questions asked.

    What are your turnaround times?
    For personal branding shoots, our turnaround time is typically 5-7 working days. We’ll keep you updated to let you know when you can expect your photos and if there are any delays.
    Should I do an in-studio shoot or on-location?

    That depends on what look you want to aim for with your personal brand. If you’re unsure, your photographer can help you work this out before your shoot.

    We often recommend location shoots for professionals looking to convey a specific message to their clients. For example, a GP may get their shoot done at their clinic, or a landscaper.

    We’ve also done shoots at rental properties and Airbnbs, as these provide a clean backdrop for any shoot, and setup is super simple.

    The most efficient option is at our studio, where we can take photos with our professional setup on a range of different backgrounds. Regardless of where we do your personal brand shoot, you can be sure you’ll walk away with a set of high-quality photos tailored to your personal style.

    What happens if I run out of time?
    If you run out of time and feel like you need more, we can sometimes negotiate extra time for an additional fee. If you would like extra time, please notify your photographer as soon as possible to ensure that time is available.
    Do I write the script? Can you help me come up with ideas? Can you help me find a location?

    While Terry and the team have experience with marketing and branding shoots, creating a whole brand script or marketing campaign is outside of the scope of this kind of shoot.

    However, if you provide the campaigns you’re planning ahead of time, or even just ideas, we’ll tailor our photography to suit and take photos on the day that will fit seamlessly into any campaign you’re planning.

    Ok, I’ve got my photos. Now what do I do with them?

    Whatever you want! We edit all our photos and deliver them formatted for easy use online, in print, in marketing materials, advertising or anywhere else.

    How will I receive my photos?
    I provide you with high-resolution digital files that you can use for your online presence or print for various use cases.
