Photoshoot day

Arrive at our studio on the day, and we’ll take it from there! We’ll guide your headshot session, helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera so you get pictures you love.

You receive your photos

Within 7 days we’ll deliver a curated collection of digital photos to you, ready to use on your website, social media, marketing materials or anywhere else. Not happy with the photos? We’ll re-edit them for free, no questions asked.

What’s your turnaround time?

This depends on your photos and what is required for editing, but typically within 5-7 working days.

We’ll let you know when to expect your photos after your shoot, and keep you updated in the case of delays.

Can you come to me or my office to take headshots?

Yes, speak to Terry or the team for a customised shooting experience. We can customise your professional headshots session, and also offer tailored personal branding shoots for those looking to get photos for their personal brand image.

I’ve never done headshots before, what should I expect?

We’ve taken thousands of portrait and headshot style photos for people of all ages, so rest assured, you’re in good hands. We shoot in a lot of different styles for different industries and personalities, many of which you can find our website.

If you’d like a specific style, it’s a great idea to bring some examples to your shoot. We can shoot in that style, or work with you to find a style that you like, then guide you through the shoot so you get the best pictures possible.

Then, once you’re finished, we’ll make sure you’re happy with the pictures, edit them, and send them through to use on all your profiles. Whether you’ve done a photo shoot before or not, we will be able to work with you to find the right styling for you and your brand.

Do I need to bring anything?

We usually recommend bringing any props associated with your work, such as tools, office materials, etc. We’ve done shoots for doctors with stethoscopes, builders with tools.

Last time I got professional headshots I hated them. Why would this be different?

90% of the time bad headshots come from bad lighting. Many “budget” studios will use the same lighting formula and setup for everyone, resulting in lighting that looks great for some people and terrible for others.
