    Photoshoot day

    Arrive at our studio on the day, and we’ll take it from there! We’ll guide your headshot session, helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera so you get pictures you love.

    You receive your photos

    Within 14 days we’ll deliver a curated collection of digital photos to you, ready to use on your website, social media, marketing materials or anywhere else. Not happy with the photos? We’ll re-edit them for free, no questions asked.

    Frequently asked questions

    What’s your turnaround time?

    Depending on the number of photos and the editing, turnaround time is usually around 5-7 working days. We’ll let you know when you can expect your photos at the end of your shoot and keep you updated in the case of delays.

    Is there a minimum or maximum amount of headshots?

    Group headshot sessions start at 5, but there’s no maximum. Just let us know how many you need and we can plan accordingly.

    If you have a large team, it’s often more cost effective to go for a brand marketing shoot instead of staff headshots. All our brand marketing shoots include headshots and team group shots, along with all the pictures you’ll need for 3-6+ months of marketing.

    How long does a session take?
    This will depend on how many headshots we need to take, but once we’ve got everything set up and the lighting correct, things go quite smoothly. We can let you know how long you can expect your session to take once we know more about your needs.
    How much space do you need?
    Just enough to set up the camera, lighting, and any backdrops. If you don’t have enough space onsite, our studio is available for headshots.
    What should people wear on the day?

    Your team should look how they usually present to customers and clients, dressed up and ready to make a great first impression.

    Can I choose how I want the photos to look?

    Of course! We want to make sure your headshots are tailored to your brand image, marketing needs, staff personalities, or whatever else you’d like.

    If you have a specific style in mind, just provide us with some examples of that style and your photographer will be able to match it on the day.

    How will I receive my photos?
    I provide you with high-resolution digital files that you can use for your online presence or print for various use cases.
